Our 2022-2023 deployment is gearing up with school starting around the corner.  Based on all of the changes that were made to align with the strategic plan, this information is extremely important to have a successful deployment.  As you are aware, our fee structure has changed and so has our overall deployment schedule.

All families with students in grades 2-12 will be required to fill out our 1:1 Parent/Guardian and Student Device Agreement and pay the yearly technology fee of $25 per student. If a family cannot afford the fee, they must fill out a free and reduced lunch application before the fee is waived.  All forms and payments must be submitted before a device will be issued to a student.  If you have a kindergartner or first grade student, this is not necessary as those devices do not go home with the students.  As a reminder, there is a $50 family maximum. If you meet this maximum,  please indicate that on the 1:1 Agreement so we can update our records.  When you process your payment, please enter your student(s) information in the provided space.

If your student is new to the district or an incoming freshman, they must also fill out our Policy for Acceptable Use of Technology Equipment before their accounts are made active.

The online forms and payment site can be found on our Technology Department website.

All parents or guardians can prepay the technology fee online so the device is ready to go for the first day of school.  Our elementary students will pick up their device in their classrooms.  Shepherd Middle School and High School students can, if prepaid, pick up their device early at the Shepherd Secondary Media Center starting August 15th through August 19th from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.  On Wednesday, August 17th, our hours will be extended to 7:30 PM.
