Students in Mr. Balzer and Mrs. Wolf's Practical Law class toured the Isabella County Courthouse and the new Isabella County Jail. The students met with Judge Black and witnessed a criminal sentencing hearing in Judge Spencer-Noggle's Courtroom. Sheriff Main and Undersheriff Burns gave the students a comprehensive tour of the jail facility and took time to answer questions about the criminal justice process. Thank you to Chief Luke Sawyer for helping to coordinate the tours.

The chicks were born on Monday, Feb. 10th, so they are not very old yet. Thank you, Mrs. Beers, for teaching your students using real world scenarios!

Mrs. Robinson and SPS Food Service invited SHS students to a taste-testing to try out new lunch menu items. Students got to taste and rank each item with hopes of seeing their favorites in the cafeteria soon! Thank you to our awesome Food Service Staff!
