This past weekend 18 high school students who participate in Science Club attended the overnight trip to Chicago. The group had a great time learning real science through visits to the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Adler Planetarium and the Museum of Science and Industry. Thanks Mr. Cahoon for organizing and thanks to him and Mr. Moschetti for traveling with our students!

Students in Mr. Balzer and Mrs. Wolf's Practical Law class toured the Isabella County Courthouse and the new Isabella County Jail. The students met with Judge Black and witnessed a criminal sentencing hearing in Judge Spencer-Noggle's Courtroom. Sheriff Main and Undersheriff Burns gave the students a comprehensive tour of the jail facility and took time to answer questions about the criminal justice process. Thank you to Chief Luke Sawyer for helping to coordinate the tours.
