Everyone sounds great and they have made so much growth since the beginning of the school year. Keep up the great work and keep signing. There will be an open gym Sunday, Dec 8 from 6-8 for all 7th and 8th grade boys interested in playing basketball. For those that participated in the November Attitude of Gratitude challenge, be sure to turn in your gratitude calendar to Mrs. Gall by the end of the day today (12/6). Mrs. Gall will draw the winning calendars Monday morning and they will be announced during morning announcements. Today during SOAR with yesterday being a snow day, we have a few things to take care of; All students need to check their 2nd trimester grades in PS and then email parents. You may not have grades in all of your classes, but check and then email parents. We then all have a short student survey that all students are being asked to complete. This survey helps us as a building and a district assess where we are at and how we are doing. This survey should only take 10 minutes to complete. Teachers will also be passing out BlueJay Renaissance Rally Tickets. This Rally is for all students to attend, but only ticket holders will get their name drawn for games and prizes. This rally we are also splitting up by grade level. 6th grade will go during 4th hour, 7th grade goes during 5th hour, and 8th grade will go during 6th hour. Students must first go to their class and then we will release students to the gym by a PA announcement for their Rally.

Last night's undefeated wrestlers were; Johnny Verstreate, Ronnie Keihl, Kaleb Schafer, Cruz Dearing, Seth Gilbert, Tommy Mikek, Hunter Johnson, Benny Mathews, Sawyer Huckins Also earning wins for the team were; Jeremy Riddle, Maverick Bendele, Amelia Hoppe, Thor Henry. Announcements, Monday, November 11 - Veterans Day Today, we honor and recognize Veterans Day, a special day to thank and remember all the men and women who have served in the U.S. military. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication protect the freedoms we enjoy every day. As we go about our day, let's take a moment to reflect on the bravery of our veterans and show appreciation for their service, both past and present. We encourage you to thank a veteran if you know one, and remember that their contributions have made our country stronger. The wrestling team finished 2nd place at the Ovid Elsie Tournament going 4-1 on the day. Wrestlers will meet in the lobby outside the middle school gym immediately after school today.
