Congrats to Mrs. Laura Courtright on being selected as the SMS High Flier for this month. She goes over and beyond for all of her students and has been an integral part of the Blue Jay family for years. She challenges her students to achieve and builds a great rapport with each child when they have her in 6th Grade Math. Mrs. Courtright also assists in Faculty Council and in the process has helped to move our school culture and climate forward. Thanks for all you do, Mrs. Courtright. (She is pictured below with last month’s High Flier winner, Mrs. King.) There’s no better time than now to be a Blue Jay!!

We are so proud of our entire student body and the strengths they bring to our community!! Very soon, we will begin hanging these portraits in the halls at SMS. Please take a few minutes during the Maple Syrup Festival to enjoy the gallery, and encourage our awesome students!! Go Jays!!
